alright.
this topic can be quite sensitive to some people. in a way or another.
somebody may have high expectation of others. or -of themselves.
why i say it is sensitive. it's because not everyone can meet the expectations which were being set for them.
regardless of studies, career, relationship, family, etc..

my girl friend, whose name shall not be disclosed, was being sent to Australia to study Medicine in University by her parents.
the University is one of the top Medicine school in Australia.
and it is harder to get into the course as compared to Law.
of course, since it is such a great school and course, the school fees must be "great" as well.
so i asked my girl friend, how much is her course fees for a year.
and to my 'horror'[the amount is too much for a surprise to me], it was actually 50K!!.
and she has to study for 6 YEARS!! excluding these 8months of foundation course.
means--her course fees is at least 300K.
oh well. i could buy a HDB flat. and still have remaining to go for a Taiwan trip!! =)
and that is just a general medicine course
if she wanna specialise in any medical areas,she has to study 2 more years in NUS.

another example.
i heard it from my friend.
her friend met this guy somewhere.
and he is very nice to this girl.
he gave her a monthly allowance of $2k.
and though they stayed together, the guy still drive her out for lunch everyday during his lunch break.
he made breakfast for her everyday.
bought her branded bags and everything she wants.
however, they still broke up due to some personal reasons.
and the girl told my friend. she EXPECTS her boyfriend to pay for EVERYTHING if he asked her out.
and if he couldnt afford, he shouldnt ask her out at all.
my friend asked her what if the guy is still a student and has no income.
and surprisingly, the girl replied that if that's the case, she shouldnt have chosen him in the first place.
oh well. what a ~~demanding~~ girlfriend.

sometimes i wonder.
what can i do to meet everyone's expectation for me.
it's rather difficult. a challenging task.
or shall i say, impossible.
because in this reality, we are unable to satisfy everyone.

firstly, we MISS lydia SOOO mUch. LOL =P
she went to Australia to study and was back for holidays.
wee~ means we can get to meet up again after 3 months.
most likely we will be meeting up next week.
though i foresee next week will be a busy week for me.
but i will still try to make time for them.

and secondly, anda is back from her korea trip.

beginner's luck

it shouldn't be strange for me to talk on this topic i guess.
since im 'well-known' in gambling to all my friends.
LOL. =X

im someone who believes a lot in luck.
and seriously, luck DOES matter a lot in gambling.
you cannot just depend solely on skills.
in mahjong, you need skills & luck.
in poker, you need skills & luck.
in horse racing, you need research & luck.
in soccer betting, you need research & luck too.
in lottery,oh well, i think its all about luck.
see...all these gambling require luck to win.
luck is so important.
of course, luck helps me many many times in mahjong, etc. =P

and i believe in BEGINNER'S LUCK as well.
now im finally back on this topic.
i got the idea of talking about this because of two incidents.
i read an article on joanne peh going to turf city and try betting on horse racing.
however, she lacked of beginner's luck and lost.
the fortune teller said, a person's luck varies. and maybe its just that day that her luck is not as good.
and the second thing is, baby wanted to buy exact scores for soccer betting on S league.
i was kinda pissed off when i heard it.
i didnt know he was into soccer betting. and i didnt want him to follow my footsteps into that.
PLUS. it's damn difficult to win on exact scores.
especially for S league. as there are many kelong matches.
i told him all these. and asked him to trust me.
beginner's luck does not work on these.

another thing i've been wanting to bring up.
i always helped beginners in mahjong.
not just because of their beginner's luck(which usually does work), but also teach them the skills.
i admit im not a pro. but im a frequent player.
and there's a few things to take note in mahjong which beginners usually neglect.
ACTING is a must. i must say that.
and u need super powerful eyesight and memory to remember all the tiles your opponents throw.
HAHAHA. a bit exaggerating. and im digressing. =.=

alright. back to beginner's luck.
the fortune teller mentioned, beginner's luck can be harmful for some people actually.
weird to say that right. but i somehow agree to it.
many gamblers become addicted because of the so-called beginner's luck.
some people tried gambling for the first time and won a lot of money.
and they thought that gambling is a method to gain easy money.
and so, they continued to gamble uncontrollably until they lost everything.

some people may ask, is it true that there's such thing as beginner's luck.
i would say 'Yes'.
people will usually win when they gamble for the first time.
because they feel relaxed. not stressful.
that's why they have clearer mind to think of how to play.
and that explains why they are 'luckier'.
as you play longer, you will start to consider many factors and confuse yourself.
that's when you may start to lose.
NEVER gamble to win back what you've lost.
'cause you may end up losing more.
NEVER bet more than what you can afford to. know your limits.

went to meet baby to go Jurong Point for lunch.
we took a bus there.i hop onto bus154 which baby was in.
and the seat beside us had blood stain.
i heard from baby that it was caused by a school girl just now.
cuz she had menses. and her skirt had the blood stain as well.
he didnt realised until 2 pri school girls said Eww...

anyway we had Swensens for lunch! =)
since we only had our lunch at 2plus, we managed to get the student meal.
i had Chicken Mushroom Spaghetti; while baby had Salmon and Mushroom Pasta.
and free flow of F&N Grape for US!
YIPPEE!! =D

then we went arcade to play the New Bishi Bashi.
hahaha. me and baby completed it! =D
then i played the mahjong game.HAHA.
until i became tired of it.

sickness

had cough on monday.
and i know that the cold bugs are chasing after me now!!
perhaps because i ate too much ice cream on sunday =/

on tues i had fever. 38.7˚C
my whole body aches.
and i felt so restless.
so i slept for about 18hours.
coughing non-stop.
luckily, i have a sweet younger bro, yiming =)
despite scolding me for not taking care of myself, he still passed me a big water bottle filled with warm water.
and also helped me to massage my shoulder and lower back.
so nice of him!! =)

on wed. i thought that my fever has subsided. down to 37.4˚C
baby came to visit me.
and i was so sad cuz he was so engrossed in his game and neglected me.
sobsob. but suddenly, my temperature went up to 39.5˚C.
baby then put a wet cloth on my forehead.
hoping that the temp will drop.
these 2 days i only had 2 small meals.
no appetite at all.
in the evening, baby helped me to return books then collect a dress from someone at marsiling.
luckily at night, i've recovered from my fever.

currently, im only left with cough and sore throat.
hmm..just that my nose just bled. quite out of a sudden.
but fortunately, its only for a short while.
haix. actually im quite worried about my health.

but thank you peeps for showing care and concern.
asking me to drink more warm water and herbal tea.=)
asking me to take more rest. & take care of myself.

went to NP yesterday to look for baby.

he was having some camp.

and the next thing we do was sitting in the bus for 20minutes.

and the bus wasnt even moving.

not because it broke down. but a TERRIBLE TRAFFIC JAM! =.=

so while we were stuck in the jam, we camwhore-ing.

LOL=P

stupid traffic jam at orchard area too.

and no cab at all.

caused us to miss the first 15min of the movie.

BLAHX!

and of course, i did threw tantrum for a short while.

the movie LAST SONG was so touching.

it was damn nice.

the cute little couple was so sweet.

and the couple beside us was making out =.=

wtf?!

after the movie, we went to harbourfront centre.

i bought a pair of black low heels @ $10 only. HAHA

then had dinner at Pizza Hut.

we had the crunchy bites delight meal.

and it was damn filling.

went to NP to find my cousin,xiaoting for lunch.
and i found out that canteen 4 is super duper far!!
=.= i walked for quite a distance before i reached.
met shawn kun on the way.
i couldnt recognize him. HAHA.
he returned me money and now become my turn to owe him money.
hmmm....

and fortunately, i met derek at blk46.
otherwise, i was 100% sure i would lose my way.
HAHAHA. thanks to him, i found my cousin and her frens.
had my lunch and chatted with her for a while before she went for her lesson.
then i went to blk 56. and used laptop.
before ozy n derek came over to my bench.

derek was about to go home.
and ozy was so bored that he suggested doing smth.
since playing mj was rather impossible.when no one's hse is available.
we decided to go kbox.

i went to queue up for TOTO first.
since there's no room available until 5pm.

we went to arcade first.

it was the new system.
whereby as long as the 3 of us passed the requirement, we will not lose any lives.
there are several grades. some are all passed. some only allow first or first and second to move on to next stage.
then those who didnt get to move on will minus one life.
total 3lives per person.
so we strived for all cleared. so we dont have to put in more credits and can continue playing.
HAHAHA. in the end only ozy survived.

then shinyi came
and we went to sing.

dear went to collect my apple earphone at the service centre.

yesterday, thursday, dear came to look for me
and we went JP to collect my singtel letter.
then had breakfast at Mcd.

and he taught me how to play DOTA.

my cousin went to see this master before.
he will tell u alot of things, like family, relationship, career, studies and character.
he can even say what moles u have and what do they mean.
he said my cousin cannot save as she has a 漏财痣 above her waist.
and she went to check and found out that she really has one.
i shall not elaborate much as its kinda personal to her.
but you can ask the master ques like whether continue in this job or making a business is better,etc.
he is a thai master and there will be translator beside him who can speak fluent eng/chi.
the charges are $38 for half an hour session.
sometimes he will talk for more than half an hour, maybe like 45min or 1hr.
but he will not charge for the extra time.
if ur luck is not very good for the year, u will need to change ur luck.
it costs $88. he will (念经)chant for 45min. & then give u a bag of fish to release into river and stuff.
however, not everyone needs to 改运
if u believe in it, why not go for a try.
for me,i listen to the good things and dont let the bad things affect you.

i threw tantrum at my darling.
i acted coldly to him.
i kept quiet.
and kept everything to myself.
just to hide my low self-esteem.

that was me. approx 5 years ago.
i felt useless.
i felt that im nothing compared to others.
that's why i fear.
i didnt dare to speak up.
i didnt dare to fight back.
DIDNT DARE.
what a timid and useless person i was.
but, eventually, i put up with everything for 2 years plus.
until i could not tolerate anymore.
all these nonsense.
letting go was my only choice.

that was when i became different.
i became stronger.
more confident of myself i hope.
i thought everything was going to turn better.
until i picked up all the bad habits.
gambling habits, clubbing, drinking, etc.
and to the extent that i couldnt even recognise myself.

its my first time there.
the place was quite cool. with many big screens.
oh well, they were showing a few live matches at the same time.
and this can be quite scary when you bought all the matches.
i almost had a heart attack last night. LOL.
i shall save up for this sunday matches.

and im addicted to gambling.
LOL especially mahjong.
im like playing it every week.
last friday i went to AMK hub to meet caiyi first.
cuz i signed a new broadband plan with singtel.
then after that, me n ivan went to ngeebin's hse for mahjong.
together with shaun n jonathan.
i played for a round. i was winning abt $6.
then shaun took over me.
so i passed the $6 to ivan.
and i went to sleep for a while.

my luck was super good that day.
when ivan was in deficit of $18 and it's the last round of last wind,北北.
i took over him. i was quite stressed because if i lose, game over.
if i win, then can continue playing.
i started by winning 2 tai.
then after that a zimo pinghu.
and what to say, i was damn lucky.
cuz i 偷吃, means i have to listen back to the same tile that i've thrown.
but ngeebin 碰 the tile,8 marble.
fortunately, i 自摸 5marble in the same round and won back $9.60.
after that, i won a 5tai.
it was a good show for ivan =P
whatever tile i need, i will take it, despite its the last tile.
it had been a long time since i felt so lucky.

but of course, enough is enough, i guess.
so i decided to play big when i could have won the 4tai.
but i chose to play bigger. i cant possibly keep winning.
so unfair for the rest also.
and in the end, from a deficit of $18 to a surplus of $16.
well done.
relieved.

IRAS NIGHT CYCLING

had night cycling with IRAS peeps at ECP yesterday.
supposed to meet at 7pm.
but me, ivan & ozy went to derek's hse to play mahjong first at around 5pm.
so we played until 9plus then go over
me n ozy won abt 20bucks =)

diana rent the bikes for me, ivan & ozy first as the bicycle rental shop closed at 10pm.
we cabbed down to ECP and had burger king.
diana, ruslan, hakim, jonathan and melvin were already there.
then we started cycling towards changi.
on the way, jace joined us.
so derek & ruslan went to fetch her first.
me n ivan were way ahead of them, so i took a nap at the track first.
until they caught up with us then i woke up.

yesterday a few hilarious incidents happened.
i was riding with my purse on my hand and i thought it was kinda troublesome.
so ruslan asked me to throw it into diana's basket.
he asked diana to slow down and i threw over.
but i missed. and it landed in the middle of the track.
so everyone else behind us had to stop too.
the whole incident was so funny. and we were all laughing.
diana was shocked that something flew past.

next, melvin was totally so unlucky yesterday.
first, in order to avoid a pram that was in the middle of the track, he fell with the bicycle.
next, when we were eating at changi, the grease on the fan dripped on his shirt and hand
lastly, when we were playing games on the way back to bedok park, derek accidentally hit his bicycle.
and the things in the basket like hp and headphone dropped on the ground.
we were so mean to laugh at him=X
but we felt so sad for him.

while we were cycling back to bedok park, we stopped for a short break.
so we decided to play game.
who what huh. and reverse 7up.
the level up chicken rules applied. whereby only the chickens(us) of the same lvl can talk to each other.
if lvl 1 chicken talks to lvl 3 chicken, he/she will become lvl 3 chicken as well.
those who reach lvl 5 will have to do a forfeit.
and jonathan lost in the who what huh game.
while hakim lost in the reverse 7up
they had to do 6-9 push up/sit up together.
jon had to lie down and do sit ups.
while hakim had to do push ups in the 6-9 position.
damn gross. LOL.

ozy, ruslan, hakim & diana did the pose 'I R A S' with whole body on the ground.
and we had to take the photo from a high angle.
so they ask ivan who is the tallest among us to take.
after that derek suggested me to sit on ivan's shoulder to get a higher angle.
it was damn scary....so high up.
ivan is abt 185cm. and i had to sit on his shoulder.
derek supported me from the back.
and i finally managed to take a good shot after much screams and blurry shots.

you guys will know what i mean. HAHA.
after we reached ecp, we rested at the jetty until 8am.
then we returned the bike.
derek left earlier as he had to cycle back home before 9am.
while the rest of us had breakfast at mac.

then finally home sweet home.
all of us took cab home as we were too lazy and shagged to take other forms of transport. LOL
until now my legs are still aching =.=

received a call from SIM recently.
and you know what, they asked for my original o lvl cert.
i heard from my frens that it was some laminated green cert.
and i was like "wtf?!?! i didnt see it before.."
i was so worried and scared.
what if i dont have.what shld i do..
haixx..

luckily roger tan helped me to check out the MOE website and found out that i can go to MOE to get a copy of it if i misplaced it.
but suggested me to call up the school first.
the next day i asked lijuan to help me ask her bro to check with the office, as he is a relief teacher in css.
so ya, he said have.
thank goodness.
so yesterday i left work early to go back to my sec sch
took the same train with jonathan and chat with him abt o lvl stuffs.
he super funny lah. take train to JE then back to AMK again.
tsktsktsk. waste so much time...hmm...

and damn! i missed my bus cuz i was msging.
i took another bus which i thgt would get to my sch bus stop, but it didnt!!
so i walked super far before i reach my sch.
and i was wearing that stupid shoes which made my feet very painful.
HAIX~
i was talking to the security guard and he said the office closed at 6.
and my watch showed 5.59. WTF?!?!
i quickly ran to the general office and it was locked.
LUCKILY a female staff unlocked the door for me.
and i told her i came to collect my o level cert and i was from the o7 batch.
LOL. she was a bit pissed off and asked why i so late then come collect.
ermm? cuz i didnt know have to collect? cuz i didnt know there was such stuff?

yihong jonathan they all said i super lazy..didnt go back sch collect.
but i didnt appeal or anything during J1. didnt know that i need that.

after that i went to JE lib to borrow some novels.
waa...my mum praised me that im a good girl =P
LOL it has been so long since i last borrowed books.

HAHA. just borrowed cuz i reckon that i will be quite free these few weeks.
esp. after my last day in IRAS on 17th.
i will miss them so much...

since my trip to work is super long, reading novel will be best to keep me company =P

and today i was careless. and dumb.
LOL. firstly, i spoilt the mic stand.
but seriously, not entirely my fault
i just knock onto it very lightly. and the head of the mic stand dropped.
and i couldnt fix it back.
LOL. initially i didnt tell the supervisors.
but after i 'spoilt' the printer, i decided to tell them.
LOL martin and roger were teasing me.
said firstly i kick the printer cable until it came off.
then next i spoilt the printer..
but i didnt! LOL.
the metal stick just came off when i was printing some documents. =/
i didnt even touch it.

then during my break, i went to buy lunch together with amanda n lijuan.
and we bought food for jason n ivan as well.
when i was holding the packet of dumplings, the soup dripped onto my wrist.
scalded. and it was so painful.
after that when i was walking around my workplace, i had a cut on my right thigh bcuz of the sharp metal of the barrier.
roger was telling me stop hurting myself.
HAHAHA. luckily im someone who isnt very afraid of pain.
im a brave girl! =P

LOL time for me to update again.
realised that i havent been blogging for quite some time.

i've been having a number of outings after my bdae celebration.
went clubbing with my colleagues at Zouk on the 20th of March.
before that, me lijuan roger and kailian went to kbox @ Cineleisure.
kailian's voice was soo cute. LOL but only when she sings.
HAHAHA. she gotta go off early so didnt have dinner with us.
ivan and his 2 friends, ron and caiyi came to meet us for dinner at Cuppage.
then after that we (excluding roger) went to meet jason and go to Tanglin Club for some drinks.
everyone of us ordered a cocktail. and i ordered Tequila Sunrise. =)
its actually Tequila with orange juice.
then everyone of us had 2 TEQUILA SHOTS!! =/
the scary drinks that made me knock out that time.

after that we took cab to Zouk.
meet derek ozy and pris outside there. and also 2 friends of lijuan.
soon after, roger and his group of friends came in as well
roger was so nice that he treated all of us tequila shots.
i had lime vodka, cranberry vodka and 2 chivas.
then we went to dance dance dance.
evacuate the dancefloor~~

haha. after that we went to have supper.
Cheese Roti Prata!!
after clubbing, we stay outside holiday inn to wait for the first bus.
and we kena police check. LOL
bad boys and girls.
ron is a policeman somemore. HAHA.
then ivan sent me home.
=P loves loves.

that afternoon. ivan invited me to go to his sis's bf hse.
its at yishun. cluster housing..=)
we went to play mahjong.
at first me ivan n his sis,sheri play first.
and i won alot 5tai. =P
then after that sheri's bf joined in.
and i won 2 5tai. =)
so lucky!
i won abt 40bucks in total!
ivan lost abt 19bucks.HAHA

23rd. tues.
FREE CONE DAY! @ BEN&JERRY
met ivan at Plaza Sing after work
then went to Cathay to queue up for the cones.
i had cookies & cream.
dear had strawberry shortcake. =)
then we went to have pastamania for dinner..
home sweet home.

24th. wed.
Lydia's leaving s'pore. =(
went to send her off at the airport.
miss her soooooo muchhh....
luckily we still send each other emails. =)
she will be coming back in june.

26th. friday.
watched movie 'Kidnapper' with baby.
its quite a nice show.
one part of the filming was done near my housing estate.
but it was quite exaggerating at times.
the part when the father and son met each other finally was so touching.
then after that me n baby went to Hooters.
to wait for ron, shawn n lijuan.
we ordered Kilkenny.
the waitress asked to check ron IC cuz she thgt he was 17.
LOL. he was like one of the oldest there.

hmmm.. then we went REBEL!!
ozy, derek, jacelyn, zhixian were there as well.
and we went dance dance dance again.
i had 2 tequila shots, 2 cranberry vodka and 2 chivas coke.
then ron n shawn went Butterfactory.
while me n ivan continue to club there until 3plus.
then we went to shawn's hse to stay over.
sweet dream~
baby left for work at 8plus.
initially i wanted to go help out as well.
but wasnt feeling good. vomit!
after that slept for a few more hours before shawn drove me n ron to Bishan Junction8 for lunch.
met baby n lijuan there.
then we went to ron's hse to play mahjong.
and i won around 18bucks! =)
yayy!
thgt shawn drove us to orchard.
and we ended up in a traffic jam. =.=
took super long to reach town..
had KFC with baby then went back home.

30th march. tues.
we went to watch movie after work.
me, ivan, ruslan & ozy met pris at plaza sing.
then we went cathay to watch 'How to Train Your Dragon'
took couple seat with baby.
then the other 3 sit in front of us.
the show was damn nice.
very funny! & the dragons are so cute! =)
after that we went Starbucks to chill.
i ordered Iced Cookies&Cream.
and we saw a couple there making out.

why would someone get so high over a cup of coffee, i wonder. LOL

A's Level

alright. realised that i havent blog for quite some time.
maybe because there is only one topic for me to blog about.
and its an unavoidable topic: A's Level.

firstly, maybe due to the uneasy feeling,
i've decided to stay overnight at rick's hse on thurs night.
play mj w/ hs and weilei as well.
at least we have companion of each other.
LOL. okay i admit.
i was quite stressed then.

i slept on the mattress for an hour or so.
then rick & hs woke me up for work.
hmm..they took much effort. i can see that.
lol.
left for work.
quite scared though. cuz its the first day of e-filing.
fortunately, it still ran through quite smoothly.
i worked until 12pm. then left for A's result collection
met cs n gw on the train.
me n cs went clementi to have kfc for lunch.
then left for school.

alright. i shall briefly talk about it then
LOL. we were sitting as a class.
or rather most of us are sitting near madam.
so it would be easier to collect results.
it was happened to be melvin's bdae that day.
so we asked him what bdae wishes he had.
and he started making wishes.
when the names of people getting 4 distinctions and above were being called.

there are a few cwss people who scored quite well.
arthas & zhenning- 7 distinctions.
alicia & amanda tan- 5 distinctions.
but sadly, most people from my clique didnt do as well.
including me.
poor results.
and i had to pay $60 for some sch admin stuff before i can get that lousy results.
=.= so not worth it.

and my phone battery went flat when i was abt to get back my results.
BAD OMEN!
after i got back, talked to my clique for a while.
then i went back home, just to charge my phone.
then i went to JJ. too bad gw and sj went home alr.
then me hs n cs went to rick's hse
slacked a bit. then played a round of mj.

saturday.
i was supposed to work form 7.30am to 1pm.
but i was not feeling well in the morning.
and i woke up late =/
so i went to take MC at polyclinic.
and i suddenly felt so lonely.
used to have someone to acc me.
but its alright =)

then i was late, as usual.
for the pool session with SB gang & frens.
lol. hs, cs, rick, me, jolynn.
we booked the billiard table. cuz only left with that.
and we had to recall the rules. =.=
joanna came late.
we played 3-3.
girls vs boys.
and we won. 14-8 i think.
then when gw came, and jolynn had to leave.
so we reshuffled our groups.
ex-2/4 vs the rest.
lol. then we changed to pool table.
played a few games or so.

then gw had to leave as well.
he had to book in for field camp.
sad for him.
cs also..=/
we had fish&co.
for dinner!

then go rick's hse to play Wii!
LOL. so fun!
me & cs were playing mario kart!
then me & hs played bowling & i owned!
muahaha.
but i suck at tennis.=/

then i went to meet karying for rebel.
LOL. late late late.
luckily we met jolynn & christian there.
can cut queue. =P
drank mixed vodka & chivas
and danced alot
of course, what happens in the club remains in the club.
so i shldnt blog much abt it.

i faced many problems lately.
alright, actually things are not so complicated.
just that i like to think more in depth.
i will reflect what i've done wrong.

but of course, provided that you have learnt from your mistake.

a few more days and A's level results will be out.
im sure most people are as nervous as i do.

i just finished last episode of 'K.O 3anguo' this afternoon.
happily ever after ending. =)

and now, im watching the last few minutes of the show, Autumn's Concerto.

because of lies

26th feb.
met derrick at lakeside mrt station.
was late again though.
then we met sharron perry n hs at clarke quay mrt station.
we walked a long long long way before reaching the yard.
LOL it was at river valley road.

the place was quite ulu
but maybe bcuz of that, there wasnt any crowd on a fri night.
it was quite quiet. the atmosphere was good.
a peaceful place to chill with friends.
the drinks there are quite cheap.
just that the food is expensive.

i ordered fish&chip. $13.
chivas+coke $9
vodka+7up $4.50
7up $5
Victoria's bitters(beer) $7.50

it was a fun time with the gang.
we talked about many topics.
LOL nonsense actually.
about relationship and sex. =.=
made a lot funny comments.

Genting+KL Trip

firstly, pardon me for the slow update.
it really takes me a long time to upload and arrange the photos.
and it was a 4days 3nights trip.
so there's alot to write about. (esp. when we are the SB gang, happenings!)

so i shall begin.
derrick's parents picked me n hs up at lakeside mrt station on the departure date.
21st feb.8.45pm.
we reached lavender at around 9.15pm.
for our tour bus.
soon after, perry arrived.
his mum then briefed us on the details regarding the hotels and transports.

10.30pm.
here we go.

it was a 6hour journey.
so we were quite bored on the bus.
so as usual, we decided to play daidee.
but due to the bumpy ride, we dropped the idea.
HAHA. decided to take a nap then.
we reached the custom and some checkpoints.
so bought some snacks to eat.
me n perry couldnt sleep,so we decided to GOSSIP!
until huishi heard his name, his curiosity aroused.
so he n derrick joined us in the gossip session.
LOL. =X
we just had too much nonsense to talk about.
until they started to talk about DOTA, then i went to sleep at around 3am.

we reached genting at around 6am.
it was damn cold....
luckily it was warmer inside the hotel.

apparently, we can only check in at 12 noon.
so we decided to ask the hotel crews to safeguard our luggages.
while we explored the place and had our breakfast.

the beehoon i order aint cheap at all. =.=
6rm for the beehoon, 6rm for the chicken nuggets, 5rm for the fish, 6rm for the orange juice.
23RM IN TOTAL!!
and its the beehoon which cant be moved.
LOL inside joke. =P
in short, i couldnt finish.

to pass time faster because theme park only opens at 8am.
we decided to play cards, AS USUAL.

this time round, we played ASSHOLE DAIDEE!
and apparently, perry is always the asshole. LOL

when it was 8am, we went to purchase the tickets for the theme parks
it was quite cheap.
59RM for the indoor+outdoor theme park ticket.

Main activity of the 1st day : Theme Park.

the 1st ride we took : the Pirates Train.
it was utterly disappointing.
the statues outside were even scarier than the ride.
we thought that smth will pop out from nowhere to scare us.
but in the end, nth happened before we saw the exit door =.=

Ride #2 : Pirate Ship.
it was great! =P
we took twice. except for derrick.
it was higher than the escape one.
you can totally feel the adrenaline rush.
exciting! =)
you guys shld just see perry's expression. LOL

i can drive using one hand, and take photos at the same time.
haixx..i started very slowly, thinking hs they all can catch up.

it was so close..=/

ermm. you can feel the wind while sitting on these swings.
but after some time, i felt dizzy. =.=

took the flume ride.
it was very fun.
thgt it was an indoor ride, but you will go to the outdoor as well.
the speed was quite fast, similar to a roller coaster.

so we had an early lunch @KFC.
honestly speaking, not as good as i thgt.

luckily only stay for 1 night.
so just bear with it..

we were supposed to take 2h nap before heading out to theme park again.
but me n hs were playing monopoly card game and then daidee.
when we finally thgt of taking a nap, the doorbell rang =.=

HAHA. so we decided to play some card games first.
we played asshole daidee.
but pity perry kept shuffling cards. LOL =X
so we changed the game to DONKEY =.=

he gt owned so many times.

then he finally asked us to force him to take the space shot.
LOL. though he knew he would back out once again.
but yeah...

and ready GO!

it was damn scary.
the moment it went up.
it was so high but luckily it only lasted for a few seconds.
suddenly hs screamed..
and then perry shouted 'ohh myyy godddddddd..'
LOL it was so funny that me n hs laughed at him.
then i started to scream. very loud.
LOL. derrick told us that he saw perry kept kicking his legs while coming down.
perry's legs were trembling when we got out of the seats.
=) but it was FUN!!

we tried a few more rides.
before me n hs went to the game stalls to try our luck.
i went to catch some rubber ducks.
in the end no prize. =/
hs went to play a few games and managed to win a small bear.
but he left 1 token so he went to try on this game.
where you have to throw the coin and make sure it lands on the plate.
the middle plate: JUMBO PRIZE.
the plates around: MIDDLE PRIZE.
and so on.
so perry was telling hs to stand at a position whereby even he missed the middle one, the coin may still land on the plate behind it.
then hs started throwing the token.
and it landed on the MIDDLE PLATE.
super tyco!!! =.=

the 3 of us plus the 3 game in-charge were all stunned. =.=
then those in-charge started to ring the bell as if they won some lottery.
LOL. epic tyco-ness. =.=
so hs won a big bear.

we went to have dinner @ Kenny Rogers.
damn nice! =)
and cheap. 27.50RM per person.
inclusive of the main course and a specialty drink.

then we walked around and explore the place.
before we headed back to our hotel rooms.
played a few card games AS USUAL.
and slept at 12am.

DAY2.
we woke up quite early.around 9am.
and it was quite obvious that me n perry woke up the latest. LOL
my alarm clock rang for umpteen times but i just couldnt hear it. =.=
hahaha. in the end, derrick and hs had to wake the both of us up.

had breakfast then checked out.
after that we went to starbucks.
while waiting for the van to pick us up to go KL.
hmm...we thgt it was a bus.
but to our horror, it was a van. LOL
luckily it was only a 1hour journey.

we passed by some chocolate factory.
tried some of the chocolates.
some were quite nice but expensive =/

then we reached Berjaya Times Square Hotel.
it is a 4star hotel.
and much much better than the First World Hotel (3stars).

while waiting to check in.

the scenery was nt as good as genting.

but our rooms were at the 40th storey.

the room was bigger and nicer.
with bath tub. TV w/ dvd player. sofa. etc.

the troublesome part is the lift.
we have to slot the card in before we can go to other storeys.

we went to shop at the nearby shopping malls.
but apparently 2 malls were like the msia lucky plaza and sim lim. =.=
only Sungei Wang Plaza was nice to shop.
it was quite big with lotsa good food and clothes.
we had JAPIN for lunch.
it was a korean restaurant.
i ordered a kimchi ramen, gyoza and coke.
but it costs less than 25RM.

we continued shopping.
i bought 3 tops and a jeans shorts.
while perry bought 2 shirts.
then we walked back to our hotel.

it was quite ulu on the way back.
so we were quite cautious.
and walked quite fast.
we had our dinner at the Chicken Rice shop.
at Berjaya Times Square.
it was okay.
but too much veggies. =/
bad for me n rick.
however, it was cheap.
around 60RM for the whole family feast.

then we were actually quite tired.
thgt of sleeping early.
but the gossip session started.
and this time round, we talked about studies too.
and chatted from 11pm to abt 4am =.=

slept for a few hours before going for the complimentary breakfast buffet.
hmmm..the food was okayy. but the variety is not as much as first world hotel's.
hs went to visit dental clinic.
while me, rick & perry went to eat ice-cream.
and shop at Berjaya Times Square.
there's nth much to shop actually..
i only bought 2tops.
while the rest bought NOTHING.

our legs were quite tiring.
and perry suggested us to 'pao' our legs.
ehh..in fact, he insisted on it. LOL
so while doing that using my bath tub, we gossip again =.=
this time round, hs kept asking us abt r/s ques.
LOL.

then we played a few rounds of ASSHOLE DAIDEE.
before we headed for our dinner at MCD.
frankly speaking, it was much better than KFC
me n perry ordered chicken prosperity burger meal.
and there was even ribena, my fav! =)
i ordered an additional strawberry sundae which only cost 1.50RM
i spent around 15RM in total.

then we went for KARAOKE SESSION!
at around 11.30pm.
it was quite fun.
just that the place allows smoking.

after the Karaoke session, we went back to hotel and packed up.
then left for the complimentary breakfast at 7am.

which means we can have 2hours of sleep.
but derrick n hs bet that we both would not be able to wake up that early.
and they were right... =.=
both of us slept until 12plus.
in fact, both of us woke up at 10 to turn off our alarm. LOL.
so sad...

we rushed down to check out.
then waited for our bus at 2pm.
the van came to pick us up to some bus terminal to change to tour bus.
there was a super market there.
so we bought lotsa snacks. =)
and chewing and bubble gums.

HAHA. the journey was super long.
but luckily delifrance bread was provided.
and we can watch TV on the bus.
i slept for quite long actually.
reached lavender MRT station at around 9.
when we thgt the trip was quite shun shun li li.
hs realised he lost his wallet.

so me n perry acc him to go find the tour bus.
but couldnt find it.
quite sianz...
but the next day, the tour agency called and said they found the wallet.
=) so in the end, the trip still goes quite smoothly.
at least we didnt lose our wallets or passports, missed our buses or stuck in msia.
LOL

it was a pretty fun trip with the SB gang.
except that cs and gw couldnt join us. LOL

hope we can go overseas together agian! =)

BREAK

this weekend.
i had lotsa fun.
on friday i ended work at 6pm.
met jasmine at somerset & went to change currency for my KL trip.
the rate was 2.42, not bad eh?
then after that we went lydia's hse.
anda met us at tanah merah too.

we had buffet.
then play pool at lydia's hse.
i team with cassie while lydia team with kaiting.
after that we played Blackjack.
so sad the karaoke room was packed.
never mind. next time then sing =)

after that sat afternoon, i went to meet gw at pasir ris.
then went to have lunch at Carl's Jr @ JP
first time eating in Carl's Jr. LOL
met xiaojun & zhongxian there.
then he walked me home.

i supposed to go REBEL with ky n levi today.
but i wasnt feeling well.
had headache so slept until quite late.
my mum was at home so i cant go out.
plus i havent pack my luggage for my genting n KL trip tml.

tml i will have to work from 12-4pm.
then after that go home and prepare for my trip.
=) so looking forward to it~

finally a long break from work.
a long break from the reality...

was kinda slack today at work.
apparently time passes slowly every second.
until JJ LIN APPEARED!!! =)

yan was telling me there's a superstar.
so i was looking around.
and i spotted this familiar guy who was wearing a cap.
and i realised it was JJ LIN!! =)
he's so cute.
so i told Ada about it.
and she went crazy about it, totally.
lol and said she wanna take photo with him
but too bad the guy beside him didnt allow.
BLAHX!

when i finished work, i met my PAE classmate.
he was very nice.
treated me to almond milk tea.
and it's my first time drinking tea.
he shld be honoured k. =P
then we chatted for a while.
before he sent me home with his Vespa.
first time sitting on a bike too.
first time wearing the helmet.
LOL sooo cool..
very windy at night.
and of course it was cold.

and today i was thinking if i shld change to another job.
a different working environment.

NASTY

whatever happened today was just crap.
finally i came back to work and hoped for something good.
in the end, what i met was just some irritating, demanding customer.

apparently, her husband was okay.
i helped them install the screen protectors and put on his iphone casing.
after that, the wife said she wanted to get a casing.
the one her husband liked.
i told them before hand it was kinda difficult to put on.
but they insist on trying.
so by right, they should have paid before trying on the casing.
as the casing box was sealed.
once opened considered sold.

in the end, the husband promised that they will buy.
so i tore the box and put on her iphone casing.
and she asked me to take out her casing, and i did it.
the customer said it was hard to take out, very troublesome too.
so she doesnt want.
and by right, she has to pay for the 15% repackaging fee.
but i asked my colleague and we decided to pack for her back.
so she doesnt have to pay.

BUT, here's the thing.
she complains about our service, and said that she will not visit here anymore.
and said she will write in a letter or whatsoever.
and even asked for my salesperson number.
apparently, i was busy taking out the casing for her.
so didnt reply.
who cares.
she said she will buy it somewhere else, except for our store.
and complain that she will not visit if we asked her to pay the 15% repackaging fees.
when we ALREADY agreed to let her change for another casing or refund.

just crap.
spoilt my day.
her husband was telling her never mind.
and at least her husband was educated to know that it was the policy.
damn it. fked up.
if i didnt think of the store, i will just yell at that lady.
just because i didnt want our store to get another complaint letter.
but i think it's highly possible to get.
so my colleague said she was those typical aunties..
BLAHX!
whatever. i was just pissed off.
luckily she and her husband left very fast.
otherwise i will scream her head off.

and later in the evening, another similar couple came in.
but this time round, it was the guy who was demanding.
so my colleague asked me to handle the customer.
he demanded to open the casing to see how it is like.
then of course, i tried to open it.

on the eve of CNY,
i was very shagged because the night before i was busy preparing Vday presents with hs.
LOL
though i was late for the 'date' with ws.
we still managed to catch the movie 'Percy Jackson & the Lightning Thief' @ JP.
it's a super nice movie.
at least the lead actor is DAMN HANDSOME! =D
managed to catch up with the army guys this weekend.
lol. can see their botak head. =P

after that, slacked at home for a while.
before i left for my grandma's hse for REUNION DINNER.
my dinner started at around 5plus (which was very early =.=)
so of course, it ended very early.
i slept for a few hours before going home.

at night about 11pm. me, hs, weilei went to derrick's hse.
congshi went there to join us too =)
we played Texas Hold'em, Blackjack, 'In between' & Big2.
LOL. after derrick finished playing mahjong with his family.
we went up to his room. then he n cs started playing dota. =.=
me weilei & hs started talking about relationships.
we left at about 5plus.
then had Mcdonald's breakfast at 6am @ Gek Poh.

and of course, 1st Day of CNY was a busy day.
went to great grandma's hse to 拜年
so sad. many people didnt give me angpows.
maybe bcuz i dye and perm my hair. or wore grey contacts. or whatsoever.
some relatives whom im not close with gave everyone except me. =.=

then after that went to 外婆家
so happy =D
chatted with my cousins.
we became closer.
went to watch Little Big Soldier.
kinda funny. =P

2nd Day of CNY was pretty much boring for me.
i slept until 5pm.
then continue to prepare for Vday presents.
though a bit late. but better than never right..=P
then at night 9pm, me & gw met to go cs hse together.
too bad. both of us have poor sense of direction.
LOL so we got lost.
and hs had to come find us.
we played mj. & ordered mcd cuz too hungry =/

aft playing, we took cab to my hse.
but me n hs walked gw home =)
and chatted until abt 6am before going home.

3rd day of CNY.
went sharron's hse.
as usual, i was late again.
for half an hour =/
so hs waited for me and gave me 12missed calls. LOL
asked gw n hs to give me morning calls, but doesnt seem to work.
HAHAHA.
when me n hs reached sharron's hse, srija, fatin, gaya, mrs anba had already reached.
then xinyue,guowei and shunjie came.
played a bit of mahjong.

yup..that's the end of my CNY celebration. LOL.

Valentine's Day is around the corner~

Though this year's Valentine clashes with the Lunar New Year,
there isn't much atmosphere of both CNY and Valentine to me.
Maybe because I have to work almost everyday, I didnt have much time to shop for CNY clothes.
However, managed to get one in the end.
And also, prepared Valentine's Day presents for friends. =)

after watching 'Defeated Queen' and 'Autumn Concerto', i realised and learnt many things...

alright.
shall UPDATE.
since hweeshi keep prompting me to do so.

many things happened after my last post.
met up with many sec sch frens.
4/3 outing!
that's what i have been looking forward too.
and what i can say is that its quite successful!
=)

supposed to meet 10am with hs and gw to get the food and stuff.
but i was super super tired...
so i decided to meet them at 12pm instead.
as usual, late. for half an hour =P

meet the cs,cibin at jurong east mrt station.
and the rest at vivo city.
then we had picnic at keppel bay.
some place which we not sure of where is it.
and spent so much time finding.
and walking under the sun.
but kinda like a BONDING SESSION!
fun though tiring. =P

chit chats, makan, etc.
but as long as its with the fun group, whatever we do is fun!

of course. i refer to the SB gang as well.
SB = sui bian. =X
all my sui bian frens. perry, derrick, hweeshi, guowei, congshi.
have been meeting them more often after something terrible happened. =/
luckily they are always there for me.

we had mahjong (as usual, mahjong gang), pool, bowling, etc.
HAHA. same thing. anything is fun as long as you are with the right gang.
but too bad cs n gw went ns already.
=/ but we still can meet up of course.
now left me hs rick and perry discussing abt our overseas trip.
together with sharron, xh and sj.

met wensong also.
asked him to wait for me after work and go home together.

went for training after chemistry paper on monday.
met cheng ai and victor at ION.
just to refresh our memory on cashier stuff.
apparently i could remember almost everything =)
and i get to teach a newcomer.

gotta reach Expo at 10am tml morning.
oh no. hope i wont be late again. =/

after that went to watch 2012 with cheng ai at JP
we are supposed to watch 7pm slot.
in the end only left first row seats.
so we decided to wait till the next slot 8.40pm.
i wanted him to book the tickets first. cuz the queue was long.
but he said $1 more for the booking charge.
so we shall queue later after we are done with shopping.
apparently 45mins before the slot, the tickets were selling fast again.
so we had to wait for the 9.30pm slot.
and took the last bus home.
=.= $1 for 50min.
oh well.
quite a nice show to watch.
the graphics were nice.
though some parts are quite sadistic.

i am addicted to K.O 3anguo & 败犬女王 recently.
sooo addicted that i forgot to sleep until my parents woke up in the morning. =.=

realised that i havent been blogging for a very long time.
cant help it.
i have to study EXTRA HARD due to the EXTREMELY POOR prelim results.
have been studying at JP lib during weekends. with xh, hs & cs.
though we must have some relaxation time.
HAHA. mahjong and soccer!
@ bay's hse last weekend.
and i won $71 in total =P

have been skipping school these few days.
due to slight food poisoning. =/
and fatigue.
HAHA

alright. shall blog more next time.
most probably 2 months later when i finish my A LEVEL! =)
cant wait for that day.

but lost in the third round. so overall won 8bucks only =/
yongsheng drove us home. so nice=)

then sat i went ION orchard w/ xiaoting to get my IPOD TOUCH 3G (32GB)! =)
YAY! finally got it!
then my cousin brought me to far east plaza to eat ICE!
ok. it's actually milk slice.
so she ordered the chocolate oreo ice
and i ordered strawberry ice.
it's SUPERB!! =)

we waited for her bf to finish work.
then asked him to send me to bay's hse
HAHA. went to watch soccer. =)
then played a round of mahjong.
played 25,50cents.
lost 10bucks!
shouldnt have lost so much. but last min give 2 pinghu.
HAHA.

oh ya! we ordered Mcd delivery.
and they forgot about my small coke =(
luckily ernest shared with me.

Went Kbox with Hweeshi, Weilei & MX yesterday.
played dice and sang!
HAHA. very fun.

Hweeshi n Weilei praised me too.
HAHA. they sang i can sing very well.
perry said that too. though he exaggerated that i can go join singing competition.
but they asked me why i didnt join choir.
and hweeshi even said that i have the good singing skills
if in the choir, im considered average then they are below average.
haha=D but i really didnt get into choir =/

alright. gotta go soon. update on my prelims results soon.

WORK @ EPICENTER

FIRST DAY (THURS)
working @ Wheelock Place.
a bit nervous 'cuz first day of work.
but luckily xiaomei & ada taught me more.
at least I managed to serve a few customers on my own.
w/o any mistakes.
HAHA

but i was super duper tired.
my whole body ached. =/
so slept as soon as I reached home.

SECOND DAY(FRI)
work @ ION Orchard
met a very nice girl, Xiaobai.
HAHA. she was a cashier too.
we chatted alot when we were not serving customers.
it's rather slack there since there were not many customers in the morning.
but in the afternoon, after the launch of new Ipods, there were MORE customers.
& I WANT MY 32GB IPOD TOUCH!!!
=/

currently waiting for stocks.
oh ya. there were many part timers as well.
so we get along pretty well.

THIRD DAY(SAT)
work @ COMEX SHOW.
i already reached ION in the morning then i received call that comex show needed manpower.
so i went back to city hall.
this time round i have no time to slack or sms. =/
couldnt even find time to eat.
we only had our 'lunch' @ 6pm 'cuz there are TOO MANY customers.
work until 11pm.
but meet super nice people.
HAHA. closest to these people.
like ding zhang, olivia, etc. =)
went back to lakeside with victor

LAST DAY(SUN)
working @ COMEX SHOW as well.
made many mistakes that day.
i forgot to return a customer credit card.
wah. die die die.
but somehow that day wasn't as busy as i expected.
just that many products are out of stock. and it was very troublesome to do pre-order.
HAHA.
and also we experienced power tripped for a couple of times. =/
so tired that day.

school reopen the next day.
oh well..boring life.

had another girls outing today.
but only me, huiteng & binuan this time round.
met binuan under my blk and went ION orchard together
then met huiteng there.
went shopping first then decided to have SUSHI TEI (again) for dinner =D
our favourites!

then home sweet home.

wanted to wear something different
so i tried on a yellow shirt which i had never worn before.
i never like yellow but my cousin said yellow shirt looked good, so i bought it.

wore a purple halter neck inside(more of a bikini) as it was an off-shoulder shirt

purple hat to match it.
white shorts & white heels =)
together with a white bag.
i love white! ❤

FIRST TIME @ ZOUK

went to zouk yesterday with jasmine, kangsheng & his friends.
my first time there.so i was quite curious how it was like.
reached there at around 9plus so walked around.

we walked to robertson quay then walked back.
soon after, melvin, xinjie, agnes & jonah reached.
jonah dropped his hp into singapore river =.=
then when it was around 11plus, jas, ks, sam and i went to drink.
we drank jaga bomb, flaming lambo, tequila shot & gin & tonic.
& i felt like floating. =/
ks taught us how to drink for each type.

then we went to phuture to look for melvin and gang.
took a few photos.
then xinjie and agnes went to toilet.
when i followed them, i knew that i couldnt make it alr.
kept bumping into people, kept falling down.
there was water at the corner of the dance floor and i fell down at that area
=/ my shorts became wet.

then we went back to zouk
and dance mambo.
'never gonna give you up',etc.
& 'nobody' was the last song i danced.
'cause i felt like vomiting. =/
danced 3 songs but vomit 3hours.
haix.

vomit a whole bag beside the river.
until i couldnt take it anymore so we went home.
shouldnt drink with empty stomach.
also, know my limits. HAHA.
then jasmine's mum took a cab and fetched us.
jas and her mum alighted first.
then ks and i alighted at jurong lake park there.
haix.
vomit again......

sorry jasmine for not being able to dance with you.
i promised you next time i wont drink so much, so i wont vomit

but still..
